PRIVACY POLICY

Your information.
Explained plainly.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Rocket Landers, developed by Richard Simpson, visit this website, or contact support.

The game does not require a player account. It does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Apple processes in-app purchases, and information you choose to send by email is used to handle your enquiry.

01

Who is responsible?

Richard Simpson is the developer of Rocket Landers and is responsible for personal information he receives when you contact him. For privacy questions, email webmaster@maitrix.xyz.

This policy distinguishes information used locally by the game from information processed by Apple, the website host, or email service providers.

02

Information used by the game

Rocket Landers does not ask you to create an account or submit your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, photos, precise location, payment card information or health information to play.

The game stores information on your device so it can remember your progress and preferences. This includes:

  • Completed levels, best star ratings and associated landing results.
  • Your selected rocket, unlocked rockets and each rocket's campaign progress.
  • Gameplay achievements, such as safe and perfect landings.
  • Sound, music, haptics and other game settings.

The game does not send these saves to a developer-operated server. Richard Simpson does not operate a database of player profiles. Whether your device includes app data in a backup depends on your Apple device and backup settings.

03

In-app purchases and Apple

Rocket Landers offers Full Adventure as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the purchase, billing, refunds and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The game uses Apple's StoreKit framework to read verified purchase information and determine whether Full Adventure is available to you. Restore Purchases asks Apple to check your purchase entitlement. The game does not send this information to a developer-operated purchase server.

Richard Simpson does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports through its developer services.

Read Apple's Privacy Policy for information about Apple's processing.

04

Advertising, analytics and tracking

Rocket Landers contains no advertisements, Google AdMob integration, third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. The game does not use Apple's advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

No advertising personalisation or cross-app tracking is required to play. This website does not include advertising scripts, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or embedded social-media widgets.

05

When you contact support

If you email webmaster@maitrix.xyz, Richard Simpson receives your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, message, screenshots, device model, iOS version, game version or level number.

This information is used to reply, troubleshoot problems, handle privacy requests and maintain the game. It is not used to build advertising profiles or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Where applicable, this processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing support and maintaining the game, taking steps you request in relation to the service, or meeting legal obligations. Please send only what is needed to explain your issue. Never send passwords or full payment details.

06

App Store, TestFlight and diagnostics

Apple independently processes information to distribute apps, operate TestFlight, manage purchases and provide its platform services. Depending on your choices and Apple's settings, Apple may make app analytics, crash reports or beta-testing feedback available to the developer.

Rocket Landers does not implement its own analytics or crash-reporting service. You can review relevant sharing settings on your device, including Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. Apple's services and any feedback you submit through TestFlight are governed by Apple's policies.

07

When you visit this website

This website serves game information and support content. Its page code does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics, advertising or profiling, and its images, scripts and styles are served from the website itself.

To deliver and secure the website, the hosting provider may process standard request information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, access time and technical error logs. Hosting and security services may process this information according to their configuration and applicable policies.

Contact links open your email application; they do not silently submit a form. Following an App Store or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

08

Sharing and international processing

Richard Simpson does not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Email and website service providers may process information needed to deliver support messages, host the website and keep these services secure.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, address fraud or investigate security incidents. Depending on the providers involved, information may be processed outside your country. Where applicable, transfers must use the safeguards required by data protection law. Apple handles its own international processing under its policies.

09

Retention and deletion

Local game progress and settings remain on your device until the app or operating system replaces or removes them. Deleting the app normally removes its local data; device backups may retain copies according to your Apple settings. Offloading an app can preserve its data.

Support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant records and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion of support information by email. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or needed for a legal claim.

The developer cannot remotely access or delete a save that is stored only on your device. Apple controls App Store purchase records; deleting the app does not itself cancel a purchase, erase Apple's records or request a refund.

10

Children's privacy

The game does not require children to create accounts or provide direct contact information, and it does not contain advertising or in-game chat. A parent or guardian should help with support enquiries and manage any purchases through Apple's parental controls.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to the developer unnecessarily, contact webmaster@maitrix.xyz so the message can be reviewed and appropriate deletion arranged.

11

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Send requests concerning information held by Richard Simpson to webmaster@maitrix.xyz. Only the information reasonably needed to verify and handle the request will be requested. Requests about information independently held by Apple should be directed to Apple.

12

Security and external links

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information handled for support and website operation. No device, storage system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

External sites and services have their own privacy and security practices. This policy does not replace Apple's policies or the policies of another service you choose to use.

13

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the game, website, services or information practices change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The policy and App Store privacy disclosures should reflect the version of the game being offered.
