This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use TIME SQUADRON, developed by LuSi Games - REV Simpson.
1. Information collected directly by the developer
TIME SQUADRON does not require an account. LuSi Games - REV Simpson does not directly ask for or collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, payment information, or health information.
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. Locally stored information is not transmitted to the developer unless this is expressly stated in the app.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
TIME SQUADRON uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or receive information such as:
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- device and advertising identifiers, where permitted;
- device type, operating system, and app version;
- advertisements displayed and interactions with advertisements;
- app launches and other product interactions;
- crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information.
This information may be used to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, provide analytics, diagnose technical problems, and improve advertising services. TIME SQUADRON does not request access to your device's precise GPS location for advertising.
3. Personalized advertising and tracking
Depending on your country, age, consent choices, device settings, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required, consent is requested before information is used for personalized advertising. When iOS asks whether you allow tracking, choosing Ask App Not to Track prevents the app from obtaining permission to access Apple's advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. You may still receive advertisements, but they may be less relevant.
You can review the iOS tracking permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where available, you can also review advertising consent choices within the app.
4. Purposes and legal bases
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, information may be processed based on consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Consent is used where required for personalized advertising or tracking. Legitimate interests may include fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, app performance, and the delivery of non-personalized advertising.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
5. Sharing of information
LuSi Games - REV Simpson does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as needed to provide advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and technical services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer.
6. International transfers
Google and its service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.
7. Data retention
LuSi Games - REV Simpson does not maintain a developer-operated database containing personal profiles of individual players. Information collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies and legal obligations.
Locally stored game progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the app, clear its data, or the app replaces or removes that information.
8. Children's privacy
TIME SQUADRON does not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, or other direct contact information. Advertising may be restricted based on the app's intended audience, the user's region, applicable laws, consent choices, and the settings supplied to Google AdMob.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information through the app may contact webmaster@maitrix.xyz.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or portability of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Because advertising information is generally processed directly by Google, some requests may need to be submitted to Google.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no electronic transmission, advertising network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Third-party advertisements and links
Advertisements may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. LuSi Games - REV Simpson is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of those third parties.
